Tails of Kougi : The fall of Ashi is an Fantasy RPG set in the fantasy world of Kouken. This name was a concatination of the Japanese word Kousen meaning war, and Seken meaning world, thus the name means war world. The main Aim of the game is to rescue your brother from the evil King oujou of the Ashi kingdom. The country itself is split in civil war with the Tame (good) to the north and the Ashi (evil) to the south. You and your family originated in the south but moved to the north after your father was murdered by an Ashi warrior. Both you and your brother joined the ranks of the Tame working your way up to a member of the sacred order of the dragons. You, Kougi (Justice) are a member of the Order of The Frozen Dragon while Your brother, Honoo (flame) is a member of the Order of the Flaming dragon. The king ordered both the orders to raid a vital trade route of the Ashi, but things went terribly wrong and your brother is captured. Your commander orders you to return to the Tame base imediatly but you refuse. You turn your dragon, shimo (frost) in the direction of the Ashi territory and take flight in persue of Honoo's capturers. You swiftly make your way through the borders that seperate Ashi and Tame.You burst through the gates, ment to keep Ashi fighters out of Tame, slaughtering the Ashi warriors and peons. You finally get to the first outpost, defeat the ashi assassin that was commanding the outpost unit. You then continue on to the next town were you fight through Ashi warriors and assasins fighting an Ashi General At the town hall. You will then fly to the City and storm through it fighting all previous enemies and at the end u confront the head of the Ashi Assassins, Atamagaokashii (insane), He was admitted to a mental hospital before the civil war after brutally murdering 12 people with a Katana which was covered in symbols which was believed to be too powerful for him causing him to turn insane. After a fierce battle you Find out that atamagaokashii was the person who killed your father. You behead him and enter the castle Where you are confronted by your brother who tells you that you will have to defeat him to get through the door. He swiftly attacks you, Giving you no choice but to defend yourself. After your brothers death you decide its time to end this petty war. You charge through the castle fighting everything from Ashi Warriors to Knights of the black order. You eventually reach the throne room where you find the Ashi king Oujou (death) who explains that king Mitsukai (angel) was planing to invade the country of Kyuui (peace) in order to get get valuable substances such as gold and silver. Oujou disagreed and that is how the war started, He then exclaims "you've made your choice...now see it through, but i will not be taken so easily." the battle begins. When it finishes you are left standing over the body of the dead king, Ashi warriors and knights are trying to break the door down. You cant go back to Tame or you will be executed. You cant stay here of you will be overwhelmed and killed. Just as the Ashi gaurds break the door down you hear a rawr and you sprint to the window. You dive out and land on your dragon who sweeps you away. The game ends as a cliffhanger leaving the player wondering what will become of our hero? where will he go now?
